Our Wedding Party
Because this is a destination wedding, we have chosen not to have a traditional wedding party. Instead, every guest joining us in Florida is part of our closest circle and means something special to us.
Each person attending has played a role in our lives, our love story, or our journey together.
We are so grateful to be surrounded by close friends and family who have loved us, supported us, prayed for us, laughed with us, and celebrated us along the way.
So while we may not have bridesmaids, groomsmen, or formal wedding party titles, please know this: you all are the wedding party!
Your presence is what makes this celebration meaningful, and we cannot wait to share this unforgettable weekend with you.

We are thrilled to share our special day with you! This website contains all the important information you need to know about our wedding. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
Resort Stay Details
Stay Dates: Friday, July 31, 2026 through Monday, August 3, 2026 (check out 10am)
Cost: $85 per adult staying in one of the houses. (No cost if you are not staying on site.)
Cost Includes:
-3-day stay
-Access to Encore Resort amenities
-Access to the waterpark
-Chef-prepared meals in the house
-Wedding weekend gathering space
Wedding Ceremony Information
The wedding ceremony will take place in the Clubhouse, which is an indoor venue. The wedding will start at 4 pm and conclude by 4:30 pm. As we take ceremony pictures with our guests, there will be entertainment and a cocktail hour.
Reception Information
The reception will be held at the Pavilion at the resort at 6:00 pm. Dinner will be served, and a limited alcohol selection will be available. Guests are welcome to BYOB if they would like something specific.
There is a sand volleyball court as well as basketball and other games available, so come dressed for fun and bring your A+ game!
Accommodations (not staying at the resort)
There are several hotels located near the resort where the ceremony and reception will be held. Please reach out directly if you need help booking alternative accommodations.
Transportation
All guests are responsible for securing their own transportation.
The wedding venue is walking distance from the homes we are staying in, and there will be shuttle service as well as available parking.
The walking distance to the clubhouse from our neighborhood is less than 8 minutes. The reception location is less than a 3 minute walk from the resort homes.
Airport Info
Most guests will likely fly into Orlando International Airport, MCO. Orlando Sanford International Airport, SFB may be more cost-effective depending on where you are traveling from, but it is farther from the resort.
***Please make sure you are familiar with where you are flying into and your transportation to the resort.

Resort Access and Activities
Guests registered through the villas will have access to Encore Resort amenities, including the waterpark.
We are also working on possible group activities for the weekend. Final activity details and headcounts will be confirmed closer to the wedding date.
Guests are welcome to plan their own excursions or activities on Friday and Sunday. If you do not want to participate in group activities, that is completely okay.
Please do not plan outside activities on Saturday, August 1, as that day is reserved for the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and celebration.
